By accessing this website or using the services provided by JA Outdoor Solutions LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
JA Outdoor Solutions provides lawn care, landscaping, hardscaping, junk removal, and related outdoor services to residential properties in Southern Illinois and Northwest Indiana. Service availability depends on location, season, scheduling capacity, and weather conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service for any property we determine to be unsafe or inaccessible.
Online estimates provided through our website are approximations based on property data, satellite imagery, and our standard rate structures. Final pricing may differ after an on-site assessment is completed. Estimates are not binding contracts and do not guarantee service at the quoted price. Prices may vary seasonally and are subject to change with market conditions. Any changes to pricing will be communicated to you prior to service commencement.
Service appointments are scheduled subject to weather conditions, crew availability, and our current workload. We will make every effort to arrive during your scheduled window, but exact timing may vary due to factors outside our control. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows without notice may result in service termination and we reserve the right to refuse future service.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of service. Invoices not paid within 30 days of service completion may be subject to late payment fees and interest charges. We reserve the right to refer past-due accounts to a collection agency.
You are responsible for ensuring safe access to all service areas and properly communicating any concerns about your property. Please mark or identify any areas of concern, including underground utilities, irrigation systems, septic systems, pooling water, or other hazards before service begins. JA Outdoor Solutions is not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities, irrigation systems, hidden sprinkler heads, buried cables, or other underground features. Damage caused by pre-existing property conditions, poor grading, or inadequate drainage is the property owner's responsibility.
Services are provided on an "as is" basis. JA Outdoor Solutions makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the results of services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability, so this limitation may not apply to you.
